Fernando Palafox is a Latinx queer photographer born and raised in New York City. He holds a Photography degree from the School of Visual Arts in New York, where he also worked under the mentorship of Stefan Ruiz. His work centers around conceptual portraits primarily highlighting the queer community and Mexican culture. Fernando was selected to be part of the New York Times Portfolio review showing his work to many top photo editors and photographers. His work has been in numerous shows such as the USA Character Project, Young American Bodies, and The Storefront Project.
